All the surfaces that come into contact with the product are AISI 304 stainless steel and are completely suitable for foods. Easy change of collar set enables quick package change. IMQ-A Quadseal Auger Filling Machine has an easily adjustable speckle sensor, which enables precise package length adjustment. Automatic stop operation due to printer error is continuously checked, preventing unprinted and incorrect printing. The IMQ-A Screw Quadro Packing Machine is equipped with AC motor driven film feeding unit. Pneumatically driven horizontal jaw pressing and cutting unit provides more balanced operations. Depending on the type of packaging, cold or hot bonding techniques can be applied. Film tension is continuously controlled. With precise edge control, centering can be done without error with coil centering system. The installation is in accordance with CE standards. Different language options and easy-to-use touch screen makes it easier to operate.
